Welcome to our Yokine group. This group is ideal for those who work throughout the week and would like to attend a weekend group. We enjoy refreshments while participating in a conversation about issues we face which relate to the diagnosis of a mental disorder or condition. Group members can find relief and understanding as many of our experiences overlap as we draw on themes and concerns we are unable to address in our everyday lives.
