Rockingham

Our Rockingham group may well be one of the smaller ones, but just like a precious diamond, we are strong, bright, and worth more than our weight in gold. We are an informal, friendly group andwe certainly never put anyone “on the spot” to talk/share if they do not want to. We understand that when listening to others often there is the realisation that what you’re experiencing, others have too. You no longer feel isolated and alone. Family and friends are welcome to come along, as this helps foster an understanding that usually leads to better systems of support. Many who have attended our group over the years tell me the support they have experienced has definitely helped them on their recovery journey. Many with bipolar disorder and other mental illnesses live full, happy and productive lives using skills they have learned from our group. So…what are you waiting for? Come along and share our hope and friendship, this may be the turning point you have been waiting for…
